Q: What interests you about journalism (web design, writing, photography, graphic design, power, prestige, etc) ?
A: Something that interests me about journalism is the writing part of it. I really enjoy writing because it is a way I get to express myself.
Q: Why did you sign up for the class? What are you expecting?
A: I signed up for this class to be able to write more often in school. I am expecting to research topics that interest me and be able to write intriguing stories.
Q: What is your greatest strength (academically)?
A: My greatest strength academically is I always get things done when they are due. I do not like to procrastinate when I know a deadline.
Q: How do you define the term "quality?"
A: I define the word quality by it is not about how much you write but what you write and if it is significant enough to keep the reader invested.
Q: What do you do when not in school (play sports, do activities, play any musical instruments)?
A: When I am not in school, I spend most of my time playing volleyball or working out. I love being able to get out and be active.
Q: Do you consider yourself a cat (more independent) or a dog (less independent)?
A: I’d consider myself a cat because I am more independent. I get the things I need to get done on my own for the most part.
Q: What is your favorite movie/food/sports team/book/performer/politician? Why?
A: My favorite movie is “Something Borrowed” because I love the romance in it yet it still has added humor.
